Jeff was a gentleman and a gentle man. I am Ann's cousin but Jeff was also, due his father Ron marrying my mother late in both their lives, a step brother to myself and my 3 brothers. He will be sadly missed leaving a hole in many lives but he will also be very fondly remembered by us and by everybody who knew him.
